Ingredients:
- 1 circle of pizza dough
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- Smoked sweet paprika 2 tablespoons
- Dry mustard 1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar 1 tablespoon
- Chicken stock 100 ml
- Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons
- Cider vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Ketchup 3 tablespoon
- Molasses2 tablespoons
- Cooked chicken 500 g
- Corn flour 20 g
- Chili flakes 1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella 30 g
- Cheddar 30 g
- Runny honey 30 ml
- Louisiana hot sauce 20 ml
- Spring onion 20 g
- Parsley 10 g
- 1 jalapeno pepper
Cooking Instructions:
- For barbecue sauce, cut 2 cloves of garlic and one small onion. Heat the pan, drizzle some olive oil and place onion and garlic in. Season with salt and pepper. Then, add 2 tablespoons of smoked sweet paprika, 1 tablespoon of dry mustard and a tablespoon of brown sugar. Give that a good mix. Next, add 100 ml of chicken stock. Then, add 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar and 3 tablespoons of ketchup. Next, add 2 tablespoons of molasses.
- Cut 500 g of cooked chicken without skin or bones. You can use roast or boiled chicken. Place your chicken into your home-made barbecue sauce. Mix.
- Take a circle of store-bought pizza dough. Dust it with flour. Then, roll the dough out.
- Take a deep tray and dust it with a bit of corn flour. Place the dough into the tray. Drizzle some olive oil on the dough. Then, season it with salt and pepper and sprinkle a tablespoon of chili flakes. Spread some barbecue chicken over the dough. Sprinkle some mozzarella and cheddar on top. Bake your pizza for 15 minutes at 250 degrees C.
- While the pizza is baking, cook a sauce. Into a pan add 30 ml of runny honey and 20 ml of Louisiana hot sauce. Give that a good mix.
- When pizza is ready, pout hot honey sauce over your pizza.
- Decorate your pizza with spring onion, parsley and jalapeno pepper.
