Pineapple Carpaccio, Pomegranate & Vanilla Salt


  • 1 pineapple
  • Vanilla seeds
  • Pomegranate seeds 50 g
  • Fresh mint 10 g
  • Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. First, prepare a delicious flavored salt with vanilla seeds. It is used to intensify the sweetness of pineapple.
  2. Slice peeled pineapple into really thin pieces, slightly transparent.
  3. Lightly sprinkle vanilla salt on the pineapple.
  4. Arrange the pineapple into a flower shape.
  5. Put pomegranate seeds over the top. Add chopped fresh mint. Cook this recipe with a photo!
