Ingredients:
- Cooked egg noodles 400 g
- Ground beef 400 g
- 1 bell pepper
- Scallions 50 g
- Tomato paste 1 tablespoon
- Dry Italian herbs 1 teaspoon
- Canned tomatoes 200 g
- Sour cream 100 g
- Parmesan 50 g
- Cheddar 150 g
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Cooking Instructions:
- Prepare 400 g of egg noodles in advance.
- Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil. Then, add 400 g of ground beef. Cook until brown.
- Next, add diced bell pepper and 50 g of sliced scallions. Give that a good mix.
- Then, add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and 1 teaspoon of dry Italian herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Next, add 200 g of canned diced tomatoes. Toss it well.
- Take an oven-proof deep pan and grease it with olive oil. Place cooked noodles into the pan. Add 100 g of sour cream and 50 g of grated parmesan. Season with salt and mix. Place the beef mixture on top. Put 150 g of grated cheddar on the beef.
- Bake your casserole for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C.
