Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts 500 g
- Scallion whites 30 g
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Sugar 20 g
- Cornstarch 15 g
- Sesame oil 20 ml
- Broccoli 500 g
- Ginger 40 g
- Chili flakes 10 g
- Sesame seeds 10 g
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Cooking Instructions:
- Take 500 g of chicken breasts and cut them in cubes. Slice scallion whites and add to the chicken. Then, add 2 cloves of minced garlic and 20 g of minced ginger. Next, add 30 ml of soy sauce. Then, add 20 g of sugar and 15 g of cornstarch. Add 20 ml of sesame oil. Season with salt. Give that a good mix. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature.
- While the chicken is marinating, take 500 g of broccoli. Separate stems and florets. Then, heat the pan and add some vegetable oil. First, add the stems and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Then, add broccoli florets and 2 cloves of minced garlic and 20 of minced ginger. Then, add 50 ml of water. Season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Then, place cooked broccoli on the plate.
- Heat the pan again, add some vegetable oil and place marinated chicken in. Add 10 g of chili flakes. Fry until golden for about 5 minutes. Then, add broccoli and cook for more 2 minutes. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Serve on the nice plate with cooked rice, sprinkle some sesame seeds on.
