Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- Butter 100 g
- Sugar 100 g
- Bittersweet chocolate 150 g
- 2 chocolate-coated vanilla ice cream bars
- Confectioners’ sugar 30 g
- Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- First, take 100 g of butter and place into the bowl. Then, add 6 whole eggs, 100 g of sugar and a pinch of salt. Give that a really good mix.
- Then, add 150 g of melted bittersweet chocolate. Mix.
- Take a ramekin and grease it with butter. Pour a half of a chocolate mixture into the ramekin. Into the ramekin place 2 chocolate-coated vanilla ice cream bars, such as Klondike. Then, pour the second half of chocolate mixture into the ramekin.
- Place your cake into the oven at 180 degrees C for 45 minutes.
- When cooked, dust your cake with confectioners’ sugar.
