Ingredients:
- Cooked egg noodles 400 g
- 4 chicken breasts 150 g each
- Mushrooms 200 g
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Cream cheese 150 g
- Half-and-half 200 ml
- Baby spinach 150 g
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Cooking Instructions:
- Get your pan nice and hot. Add some vegetable oil. Dredge chicken breasts in seasoned flour. Then, place the chicken breasts into the pan. Fry until nicely colored. Take your chicken out of the pan.
- Into the same pan, add some more vegetable oil. Then, add 200 g of sliced mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes. Next, add 2 minced cloves of garlic. Then, add 150 g of cream cheese. Next, add 200 ml of half-and-half. Stir up any browned bits. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken to the pan to cook into the mushroom sauce for 20 minutes with a lid on. Turn the chicken halfway though.
- Prepare egg noodles in advance and place the chicken breast on the noodles.
- Then, place 150 g of baby spinach into the pan with a mushroom sauce. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover delicious chicken breasts with the mushroom sauce.
