- Pollock fillet 500 g
- Flour 200 g
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs 20 g
- Dill 30 g
- Butter 30 g

- This is healthy fish recipe. You can cook this easy fish recipe without going to the nearest restaurant. Take Pollock fillet. Cut the fillet a finger size, place the cuts into the plate and slightly season with salt.
- Then, start coating the fish in seasoned flour. Then, place your fish into the egg wash.
- Cut 30 g of dill and add to the breadcrumbs. Coat your fish fingers in the breadcrumbs.
