Ingredients:
- 2 beef fillets 150 g each
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Rosemary 10 g
- Thyme 10 g
- 2 bay leaves
- Chicken stock 100 ml
- Lemon zest 30 g
- Parsley 30 g
- Capers 50 g
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Take two nice round beef fillets season them with salt and pepper.
- Get the pan nice and hot, add some olive oil.
- Crash 2 cloves of garlic, add rosemary, thyme and 2 bay leaves.
- Fry the beef until nicely colored on all sides.
- Add 100 ml of chicken stock into the pan. It makes the beef moist.
- For gremolata, grate 30 g of lemon zest; add 30 g of parsley and 50 g of capers. Season with salt and pepper. Mix.
- Cut the beef, place some gremolata on top. Drizzle some olive oil. Cook this recipe with a photo!
