Goats Cheese and Pear Tartine


  • 1 baguette
  • 1 pear
  • Goat’s cheese 100 g
  • Walnuts 100 g
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. This is an amazing recipe of a delicious and easy sandwich by Gordon Ramsay. To cook it perfectly, this recipe with a photo. First toast the baguette on the griddle. Slice the baguette on half. Lie the oil on the griddle pan, get your bread and put it on the griddle. Cook until nicely colored.
  2. Take a pear and slice it into finger width pieces. Next, slice delicious goat’s cheese.
  3. Alternate the pear and goat’s cheese on your baguette. Season with black pepper. It doesn’t need salt.
  4. Top the tartine with a handful of walnuts.
  5. Place the tartine into preheated oven for 2 minutes. This dish is absolutely delicious for breakfast and as a school lunch for your kids. Cook this recipe with a photo!
