How to Make Greek Salad


  • 1 hothouse cucumber
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red sweet pepper
  • Cherry tomatoes 200 g
  • Red onion 30 g
  • Kalamata olives 100 g
  • Red wine vinegar 75 ml
  • Dijon mustard ½ teaspoon
  • Dry oregano 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Olive oil 125 ml
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Start with the vinaigrette. Add 125 ml of olive oil into a bowl. Then, add 75 ml of red wine vinegar and ½ teaspoon of Dijon mustard. Next, add 1 teaspoon of dry oregano and 2 cloves of minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Give that a good mix.
  2. Cut one big hothouse cucumber in cubes. Place it into a large serving bowl. Then, add large diced red and yellow peppers. Cut 200 g of cherry tomatoes in halves and add them into the bowl. Next, add 30 g of sliced red onion and 100 g of pitted Kalamata olives.
  3. Next, pour some vinaigrette into the bowl and give the salad a good mix. Cut 150 g of feta cheese in cubes and add to the salad. Gently mix it. Delicious and flavorsome Greek salad is ready!
