Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs
- Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil 2 teaspoons
- 1 lemon
- Cooked chickpeas 150 g
- Piquillo peppers 150 g
- Kaffir berries 100 g
- Salt
- Pepper
Cooking Instructions:

Take 4 chicken thighs without bones and season with salt and pepper. Place chicken thighs skin side down first. Turn the chicken every 2 minutes until it become golden and crispy.
- Next, prepare dressing. In the bowl add 1 teaspoon of mustard, 2 teaspoons of olive oil and squeeze juice of a lemon. Season with salt and pepper and mix.
- Prepare 150 g of cooked chickpeas in advance. Take 150 g of roasted smoked Spanish piquillo peppers and slice them. Next cut 100 g of kaffir berries in halves. Place these ingredients into a serving bowl.
- Take your chicken thighs off the griddle and slice one-bite size and place to piquillo peppers.
- Next, add lemony dressing and gently mix. Amazing way to cook chicken thighs easily and bring joy to your guests at Christmas table.
