Ingredients:
- 4 chunks of salmon (150 g each)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil 6 tablespoons
Cooking Instructions:
- What to cook for New Year? Our answer is grilled salmon. For this dish, take 4 good chunks of salmon fillet.
- Then, prepare a marinade. Use a half of marinade on raw fish and another one on cooked. Start by crushing 3 cloves of garlic and place them into a bowl. Then add 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Next, add 6 tablespoons of olive oil. Then, pour a half of the sauce on raw salmon. Marinate for 5 minutes.
- Then, place your salmon chunks on the griddle and cook until nicely colored on both sides for about 4,5 minutes on each side.
- When cooked, place your salmon on the serving plate and pour the rest of the sauce on. That is how to cook salmon in less than 20 minutes.
