Ingredients:
- Sugar 300 g
- Water 100 g
- Glycose syrup 2 tablespoons
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Baking soda 1 tablespoon
- Yoghurt 400 ml
- Raspberries 100 g
- Blueberries 100 g
- Lavender essence 1 drop
- Lavender flowers 10 g
Cooking Instructions
- Place the sugar into the hot pan, along with water and glycose syrup. Add 2 tablespoons of honey. Cook until the mixture gets toffee color.
- Then, add a tablespoon of baking soda. Place this bubbling mixture onto the tray. Once it is cooled down, put it into the fridge.
- Next, to the berries. Put raspberries, blueberries and sugar into the blender. Add a drop of lavender essence. Blitz. Then, sieve.
- Smash the honeycomb. Put it into the yoghurt. Drizzle berry mixture on top. Finish with dry lavender flowers. Cook this recipe with a photo!
