Ingredients:
- 1 chilli
- Chicken stock 300 ml
- Ginger 50 g
- Lemongrass 50 g
- 1 lime
- Fish sauce 50 ml
- Castor sugar 1 tablespoon
- Mushrooms 50 g
- Prawns 50 g
- Fresh coriander 20 g
- Black pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Slice a chilli in halve and puts into hot chicken stock.
- Roughly chop in ginger.
- Cut lemongrass in and squeeze 1 lime juice.
- Add fish sauce, castor sugar and black pepper.
- Strain, then, add sliced mushrooms and prawns. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add fresh coriander.
- Serve in bowls. Cook this recipe with a photo!
