- 2 medium-sized onions
- Fresh thyme leaves 20 g
- Black pepper
- Worcestershire sauce 3 tablespoons
- Chicken stock 100 ml
- Tomato paste 1 tablespoon
- 2 eggs
- Ketchup 100 g

Cooking Instructions
- First, cook sautéed onion. Finely chop 2 medium sized onions and place them into a hot pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Then, add finely chopped fresh thyme leaves, 2 teaspoons of kosher salt and 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper. Stir it occasionally at medium heat for 10 minutes just until the onions are translucent but not brown. Then, off the heat, add 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 100 ml of chicken stock and 1 tablespoon of tomato paste. Then, mix everything together and set aside to cool slightly.
- Take 1,3 kg of ground beef and put it into the bowl. Then, add your sautéed onions to the minced meat. Next, add 150 g of dried breadcrumbs and 2 eggs. Give that a good mix.
- Put baking paper on the baking tray. Then, lay your meat forming a rectangular. Next, spread 100 g of ketchup right on the top of the loaf.
- Pour some water into oven-proof pan and place it beneath.
- Then, place you meat into the oven at 180 degrees for an hour and 10 minutes over the tray with water.
