Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 big onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tomatoes
- Cumin seeds 3 g
- 1 chilli
- Spring onions 10 g
- Coriander 10 g
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Pour some olive oil into a hot pan and place finely chopped onions and red and green peppers.
- Add some chopped garlic and chilli. Cook the vegetables until they are soft.
- Next, put chopped fresh tomatoes and cumin seeds. Fry until seeds are fragrant and tomatoes are lovely and soft. Season with salt and pepper.
- Next, make wells in your spicy sauce and crack in the eggs.
- Then, cover and cook on low heat for five minutes so the whites are set and the yolks are still lovely and runny.
- To finish, slice spring onions and coriander and simple sprinkle over. Cook this recipe with a photo!
