Christmas Recipe | Delicious Roast Potatoes


  • 8-9 big potatoes
  • Chili flakes 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cooking Instructions:

  1. About an hour before you are ready to serve your Christmas dinner, it is time to make finishing touches. Chili and turmeric roast potatoes is a great dish to serve at Christmas. Firstly, peel 8-9 big potatoes. Then, cut the peeled potatoes into quarters and place into salted cold water. Bring them up to boil and simmer for around 8 minutes. Then, drain and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Then, add 1 teaspoon of chili flakes and 1 teaspoon of turmeric to the potatoes and make sure that your potatoes are covered with spices. Next, drizzle some olive oil.
  3. Place your potatoes into a preheated tray greased with olive oil. Roast at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
