Ingredients:
- 6 skin-on, bone-in chicken breasts
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Fresh rosemary 10 g
- Chili flakes 10 g
- Olive oil 50 ml
- 6 red skinned potatoes
- 3 lemons
- Cremini mushrooms 300 g

- If you still haven’t decided what to cook for Christmas dinner, check this amazing recipe out. It is a roast chicken for Christmas that will be loved by your family. First, cook the marinade. Start with crashing 3 cloves of garlic. Then, add a generous pinch of salt, 10 g of fresh rosemary leaves and 10 g of chili flakes. Crash everything with a knife. Put this mixture into a big bowl and squeeze one lemon. Next, add 50 ml of olive oil. Give that a good mix.
- Take 6 skin-on, bone-in chicken breasts and place them into the bowl with spicy marinade. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Next, heat up ovenproof pan, drizzle some olive oil and place chicken breasts in. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Then, take 6 medium size red skinned potatoes and cut them in halves. Place your potatoes into the pan with the chicken. Then, add 300 g of sliced cremini mushrooms. Add 4 halves of lemon and 2 sprigs of rosemary.
- Finally, place the pan into the oven at 230 degrees for 25 minutes.
