Ingredients:
- 4 pork steaks 170 g each
- Butter 160 g
- Shallots 50 g
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Dry rosemary 10 g
- White mushrooms 200 g
- Sweet Marsala wine 50 ml
- Chicken broth 100 ml
- Boiled cauliflower 150 g
- Italian cheese 30 g
- Chives 20 g
- Salt
- Pepper
Cooking Instructions:
- Take 4 pork steaks and season them with salt and pepper. Heat your pan and add 50 g of butter. Place your steaks into the pan and cook until nicely colored on both sides.
- Take your steaks out of the pan.
- Now, prepare the sauce. Into the same pan put 50g butter. Then, add 50 g of chopped shallots, 2 cloves of chopped garlic, 10 g of dry rosemary. Give that a good mix and fry until shallots are light brown. Then, add 200 g of sliced white mushrooms. Next, add 50 ml of sweet Marsala wine and 100 ml of chicken broth. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Return your pork steaks into the pan with the sauce. Add 30 g of butter. Cook your pork for more 10 minutes.
- Boil your cauliflower in advance. Place it into the blender, add 30 g shredded Italian cheese and 30 g of butter and blitz. Season cauliflower puree with salt and pepper. Then, add 20 g of chives. Give that a good mix.
- Serve your delicious steaks with the sauce and cauliflower puree.
