Stuffed Lamb with Spinach and Peanuts


  • A saddle of lamb 2 kg
  • 1 big onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Pine nuts 100 g
  • Fresh spinach 200 g
  • Feta 200 g
  • Sumac 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. That is an amazing lamb recipe by Gordon Ramsay. For the stuffing, chop an onion, garlic. Heat the pan, add olive oil. Place onion and garlic into the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Add 100 g of pine nuts. Next, add 200 g of fresh spinach. Then, add 200 g of crumbled feta.
  2. Take a saddle of lamb, basically a sort of Rolls Royce cut. Season your lamb with salt and pepper. Add 1 tablespoon of sumac. Place the stuffing over the lamb and roll it, then, tight with a string. Spring some salt over the top.
