Ingredients:
- Milk 500 ml
- 4 egg whites
- Vanilla seeds
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Sugar 100 g
- Blackberries 30 g
- Blueberries 30 g
- Raspberries 30 g
- Red current 30 g
- Cream 50 ml
- Yogurt 50 g
- Champagne 300 ml
- Mint
Cooking Instructions
- In the milk add some vanilla seeds. Whisk in the vanilla and add some mint.
- Bring the milk to boil.
- Take egg whites and whip them up. Squeeze a lemon juice in. Add some sugar.
- With a tablespoon place some egg whites into the milk. Cook for 4 minutes.
- In the blender put blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and red current.
- Add some mint, cream and yogurt.
- Add 300 ml of champagne and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Blitz.
- Pour the champagne mixture into the bowl.
- Carefully lift out the meringue and sit on the top of the soup. Cook this recipe with a photo!
