Ingredients:
- Caviar 50 g
- 2 lobster tails
- 5 small potatoes
- Salad 50 g
- Mayonnaise 50 g
- 2 bay leaves
- Lemon ½
- Lime ½
- Fennel 30 g
- 2 star anise
- Coriander 10 g
Cooking Instructions
- Tie two lobster tails, so they stay nice and straight.
- Place the tails into the sauce pan. Add bay leaf, a half of lemon, a half of lime, fennel, star anise and coriander. Boil two lobster tails for 6-7 minutes.
- Boil some potatoes.
- While potatoes are boiling, make some mayonnaise (mayonnaise recipe here).
- Slice the lobster tails. Slice the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle some olive oil on top.
- Fry potatoes and lobster chops for 1 minute.
- Lightly dress a salad and serve. Place 5 nice slices of potato, and 5 nice slice of lobster.
- Put a teaspoon of mayonnaise on each potato slice.
- Top the caviar on the top of the lobster. Cook this recipe with a photo!
